At the age of 5, I was attending Daily Vacation Bible School. My teacher was using the wordless book that day. She explained that the book had no words, but only different colored pages. The first page was black and represented sin in our lives. The second page was red and stood for the blood Christ shed on the Cross for my sin. The third page was white denoting that the Blood of Christ washes us as white as snow and that we are now Holy in God's eyes. The fourth page was green showing us that we show growth in God's Word. The last page was gold, which depicted eternal life with God in Heaven. That day in June of 1955, I realized I was a sinner and on my way to Hell, that God loved me enough to have His Son die on the Cross for payment of my sin, and that through Him I could have Eternal Life. So at the end of the lesson I asked God to forgive me of my sins and I wanted Jesus to be my Savior. What a wonderful day in my life that was. At the age of 9, I was baptized, in obedience to His Word. At the age of 14, I dedicated my life to the Lord in service to Him. As a high school student, I taught a 6th grade boys Sunday school class at church and felt led of the Lord to be a Christian school teacher. I began teaching high school science and math in 1975 and then became an administrator during the 2001-02 school year. It is a tremendous joy to serve our God in Christian education.
