PARKids is the name for the Children's Ministries at Grandview Park Baptist Church. The Grandview Park Baptist Church Children’s Ministries exists...
- To help parents “train [their children] up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Eph. 6:4)
- To help children “grow in the grace & knowledge of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Pet. 3:18)
...so that parents and children will give Him the “glory both now and forever” (2 Pet. 3:18)!
We pray that God will accomplish this through us as we teach children to:
Praise His name
Abide in His Son
Reach their friends
Know His Word
We want to see children grow just as Jesus did..."in wisdom and in stature and in favor (grace) with God and man" (Luke 2:52).
We also want the children at Grandview Park Baptist Church to feel safe and to be safe. All volunteers who work in our PARKids Children's Ministries have passed a screening process that includes criminal background checks and childcare training.
PARKids includes the God's Garden, Children's Bible Fellowship, Children's WorshipTime, Praise Kids, and Awana ministries.
It is our desire to help parents train their children up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. One way we do that is to send out a newsletter each month to the parents of children at Grandview Park Baptist Church. The PARKids Parents Chronicle contains helpful articles and practical advice on raising children God's way. Feel free to download a copy of each month's newsletter by clicking on the links below:
