I grew up in a moral, church-going family. I remember waking up many times at night praying that God would save me so I wouldn't go to Hell. I wasn't a bad child; I tried to obey, but my morality gave me no peace. It wasn't until I went to Bob Jones University in their opening evangelistic meeting that God stirred in my heart and would not allow me to sit in my seat. I walked from the back of Rodeheaver Auditorium to go talk to Dr. Phil Smith who showed me from the Word that I was a sinner and that Christ died for me. Right then, I accepted Christ as my Savior. |

| Psalm 63:6-8 When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches for You have been my help and in the shadow of Your wings I song for joy. My soul clings to you and your right hand upholds me. |
